...DISCUSSION FROM RNOFWFVEF...

MUCH DRIER CONDITIONS WILL COMMENCE TODAY AS A HIGH PRESSURE RIDGE
BUILDS IN ALONG THE WEST COAST. SOME GUSTY NORTHERLY WINDS ARE
EXPECTED PRIMARILY ALONG THE COLORADO RIVER AND WILL EASE BY LATE
THIS EVENING. TEMPERATURES WILL WARM TO ABOVE NORMAL VALUES BY
FRIDAY WITH MILD AND DRY WEATHER PERSISTING THROUGH EARLY NEXT
WEEK.

...DISCUSSION FROM LAXFWFSGX...

HIGH PRESSURE ALOFT AND WEAK OFFSHORE FLOW WILL BRING A WARMING
TREND WITH LOWER INLAND HUMIDITIES AND OCCASIONAL GUSTY NORTHEAST
WINDS NEAR THE COASTAL FOOTHILLS AND ALONG THE WESTERN SLOPES OF THE
INLAND MOUNTAINS. EARLY NEXT WEEK...SLOW COOLING AND SLOWLY
INCREASING HUMIDITIES AS HIGH PRESSURE ALOFT WEAKENS AND ONSHORE
FLOW RETURNS.

...DISCUSSION FROM PHXFWFPSR...

WINDS WILL INCREASE THROUGH MUCH OF THE LOWER COLORADO RIVER VALLEY
BY THIS AFTERNOON WITH LOCALIZED GUSTS UP TO 30 MPH.
HOWEVER...HUMIDITY LEVELS ONLY FALLING TO NEAR 20 PERCENT AND MOIST
FUELS WILL PRECLUDE A HIGHER FIRE DANGER. OTHERWISE...SEASONABLE
TEMPERATURES...DRY WEATHER...AND TYPICAL WIND SPEEDS WILL PREVAIL
THROUGH THURSDAY WITH LITTLE FIRE DANGER.
