AN UPPER LEVEL LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM WILL DRIFT SOUTHWEST OF THE
FIRE TODAY...ALLOWING FOR CLOUDY SKIES AND THE POSSIBILITY OF
SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS. TEMPERATURES WILL REMAIN COOL...WITH
MINIMUM RELATIVE HUMIDITY FALL NEAR 50 PERCENT DURING PEAK
HEATING. THE GENERAL WIND WILL BE FROM THE SOUTHWEST AT 6 TO 10
MPH...WITH HIGHER GUSTS POSSIBLE ON THE TOPS OF RIDGES. HOWEVER
FOR THE FIRE...THE LOCAL WIND COMPONENT SHOULD PREVAIL...WITH
UPSLOPE WINDS OF 5 TO 8 MPH TRANSITIONING TO UP VALLEY 6 TO 10 BY
EARLY AFTERNOON. A WARMING AND DRYING TREND IS ANTICIPATED FOR
