...SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS THROUGH WEDNESDAY NIGHT...

.DISCUSSION...Upper low near northern California is expected to
bring more moist conditions through Thursday. Expect scattered
showers and thunderstorms during the afternoons, with isolated
coverage overnight. Thunderstorms will be capable of producing up
to one inch of rainfall under storm cores. (A Flash Flood Watch is
in effect through 11 pm PDT.) Variable direction gusts to 50 mph
are possible near thunderstorms.

Sky/weather.........Mostly cloudy. Scattered showers and
                    thunderstorms, mainly in the afternoon.
                    Thunderstorms may produce heavy rainfall.
                    Chance of precipitation 30 percent.
