.DISCUSSION...High pressure will continue to build into the Mid
Atlantic/Carolinas today, bringing cooler and drier low level air
into the region. NE winds this morning expected to become E this
afternoon. Minimum RH values are forecast to fall to between 20 and
25 percent this afternoon. An inversion is expected to develop around
dusk. Surface winds are expected to become light and variable tonight,
but significant fog not expected due to dry air.
