.DISCUSSION...LOW TEMPERATURES FOR THE SAR AREA LAST NIGHT LIKELY
DROPPED INTO THE UPPER 40S. FOR TONIGHT...AN UPPER-LEVEL LOW PRESSURE
SYSTEM WILL MOVE OVER NORTHERN CALIFORNIA AND BRING MAINLY MIDDLE AND
HIGH CLOUDS WHICH SHOULD HELP KEEP LOW TEMPERATURES SLIGHTLY HIGHER
THAN WOULD NORMALLY BE EXPECTED WITH CLEAR SKIES. WINDS WILL REMAIN
GUSTY WHICH CAN LOWER PERCEIVED TEMPERATURES...WIND CHILLS...EXACERBATING
BODY TEMPERATURE COOLING AND MAKING AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS CHALLENGING.
WINDS WILL WEAKEN AND TEMPERATURES WILL SLIGHTLY WARM UP WEDNESDAY AND
THURSDAY WITH WEAK HIGH PRESSURE TEMPORARILY MOVING INTO THE REGION. BY
THURSDAY NIGHT...AN UPPER LOW WILL MOVE OVER THE REGION BRINGING A RELATIVELY
COOL END TO THE WEEK ALONG WITH SLIGHT CHANCES OF THUNDERSTORMS NEAR THE
SIERRA CREST THURSDAY NIGHT INTO FRIDAY.
