CLOUDINESS WITH LOW ON AND OFF CEILINGS IN THE 3-5 KFT RANGE AND
MORE STABLE CONDITONS LEADING TO MIXING HEIGHTS IN THE 2-2.5 KFT
RANGE WILL CONTINUE TODAY AS A MORE STABLE AIR MASS SETTLES IN
BEHIND COLD FRONT. YET TRANSPORT WINDS WILL INCREASE GRADUALLY
DURING THE DAY RESULTING IN GENERALLY GOOD DISPERSION CONDITIONS
OUTSIDE ANY RAIN/SHOWER ACTIVITY. SMOKE PLUMES SHOULD GENERALLY
DISPERSE TOWARDS THE SOUTH AND SOUTHWEST AS WE HEAD INTO THE
AFTERNOON.
