SYSTEM...SOME INCREASE IN CLOUDS IS LIKELY THIS AFTERNOON. ANY
PRECIPITATION WITH THE SYSTEM SHOULD STAY TO THE WEST OF THE
AREA...BUT SPRINKLES ARE POSSIBLE DURING THE MID TO LATE AFTERNOON.
WINDS THIS MORNING WILL START OFF LIGHT FROM THE WEST NORTHWEST...BUT
AS THE STORM SYSTEM MOVES THROUGH WINDS SHOULD BECOME NORTH NORTHWEST
