TURN MORE SOLIDLY OFFSHORE TONIGHT AND BRING MODESTLY POOR
RELATIVE HUMIDITY RECOVERIES FOR HIGHER ELEVATIONS. THESE WINDS
SHOULD ALSO ALLOW TEMPERATURES TO RISE QUICKLY THURSDAY MORNING
BEFORE A SEABREEZE BRINGS COOLER TEMPERATURES AND HIGHER RELATIVE
HUMIDITIES THURSDAY AFTERNOON.
