.DISCUSSION...THE UPPER LEVEL LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM WHICH BROUGHT
SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS TO THE REGION WEDNESDAY IS
BEGINNING TO MOVE EAST...LIKELY RESULTING IN LESS INSTABILITY THIS
AFTERNOON. SHOWER ACTIVITY SHOULD PRIMARILY BE OVER THE CASCADES
TODAY...THOUGH A STRAY SHOWER CANNOT BE RULED OUT NEAR THE COAST
RANGE. WEAK HIGH PRESSURE BUILDING IN BEHIND THIS SYSTEM SHOULD
CAUSE A MODERATE PUSH OF ONSHORE WINDS THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING.
THE NEXT FRONTAL SYSTEM WILL BRING ANOTHER CHANCE OF RAIN AND COOL
TEMPERATURES FOR FRIDAY. WARMER AND DRIER WEATHER WILL DEVELOP BY
