.DISCUSSION...

Expect sustained west winds 15 to 20 mph with gusts to 30 mph through
early evening, becoming light northwest around 10 mph after 9 PM.
Relative humidities will recover to around 30 percent by mid evening,
increasing to a maximum of 60 percent by daybreak Saturday. Expect
light northwest winds around 10 mph on Saturday, with minimum afternoon
relative humidities around 20 percent. Temperatures will be cooler
tonight, with lows in the upper 40s.
