.DISCUSSION...A low pressure circulation near the southern California
Coast will aid thunderstorm development again over the southern Sierra
Sunday afternoon. Storm cells will move toward the northwest around
10-15 mph...a little faster than today. The best potential for storm
development should be farther north Sunday...primarily from Kings Canyon
NP and areas to the north.

Sky/weather.........Partly cloudy. Isolated showers and
                    thunderstorms in the afternoon.
Max temperature.....70-74.
Min humidity........23-25 percent.
Winds:
  20 ft wind........East winds 3-6 mph in the morning shifting
                    to the southeast 5-10 mph in the afternoon.
  10000 ft wind.....Southeast 10 to 17 mph.
CWR (>= 0.10 in)....10 percent.
LAL.................1 increasing to 2 in the afternoon.
Mixing height.......6000 ft AGL increasing to 10000 ft AGL in the
                    afternoon.
Transport winds.....Southeast 10 to 15 knots.
