THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR SOUTH TEXAS AND THE MIDDLE
TEXAS COASTAL WATERS.

.DAY ONE...TONIGHT

SCATTERED TO NUMEROUS THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE LATE TONIGHT
INTO EARLY FRIDAY MORNING. LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL MAY DEVELOP WITH SLOW
MOVING THUNDERSTORMS. EXPECTED RAINFALL TOTALS TONIGHT THROUGH
FRIDAY MORNING WILL RANGE FROM 1/4 TO 1 INCH WITH ISOLATED 2 TO 3
INCH AMOUNTS POSSIBLE. NO SEVERE WEATHER IS EXPECTED...ALTHOUGH A TROPICAL
FUNNEL CLOUD MAY FORM FROM TIME TO TIME.

THERE IS A HIGH RISK OF DANGEROUS RIP CURRENTS ALONG THE GULF
FACING BEACHES THROUGH TONIGHT.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY

ISOLATED TO SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS ARE FORECAST ACROSS SOUTH
TEXAS THROUGH SUNDAY...WITH THE GREATEST CHANCES OCCURRING THROUGH
FRIDAY. LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL MAY ACCOMPANY ANY OF THE SLOWER
MOVING STORMS. ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS WILL AGAIN BE POSSIBLE
TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY ACROSS THE COASTAL PLAINS.

THERE IS A HIGH RISK OF RIP CURRENTS ALONG GULF FACING BEACHES ON
FRIDAY.

MAXIMUM HEAT INDEX VALUES FROM 105 TO 109 DEGREES WILL BE POSSIBLE
AT TIMES LATE THIS WEEK INTO NEXT WEEK AS DEEPER MOISTURE GRADUALLY
BUILDS INTO THE REGION.
