MISSOURI.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT

STRONG SOUTH WINDS SUSTAINED AT 20 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 40 TO
45 MPH WILL CONTINUE THIS AFTERNOON. THE WINDS WILL DIMINISH THIS
EVENING. HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES SHOULD USE CAUTION.

MILD TEMPERATURES...STRONG WINDS...LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITIES...AND
DRIED VEGETATION WILL COMBINE TO RESULT IN A HIGH TO VERY HIGH THREAT
OF GRASS FIRES THIS AFTERNOON.
