THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR EAST CENTRAL COLORADO...
EXTREME SOUTHWEST NEBRASKA AND NORTHWEST KANSAS.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...

SNOW WILL DEVELOP THIS EVENING ACROSS NORTHEAST COLORADO AND THEN
SPREAD EASTWARD INTO NORTHWEST KANSAS AND SOUTHWEST NEBRASKA THROUGH
THE NIGHT AND CONTINUE FRIDAY. SNOWFALL AMOUNTS SHOULD RANGE FROM
1 TO 3 INCHES WITH HIGHEST AMOUNTS OVER WESTERN PORTIONS OF KIT
CARSON AND YUMA COUNTIES IN COLORADO AND DUNDY COUNTY NEBRASKA.
SOME PATCHY BLOWING SNOW WILL LIKELY PRODUCE SOME SLICK AREAS ON
HIGHWAYS. MOTORISTS SHOULD USE CAUTION IF TRAVELING TONIGHT AND
FRIDAY.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY...

VERY COLD TEMPERATURES ARE POSSIBLE MONDAY NIGHT AND TUESDAY
NIGHT WITH BELOW ZERO READINGS OVER MUCH OF THE AREA. WIND CHILL
READINGS AS LOW AS 20 DEGREES BELOW ZERO ARE POSSIBLE MONDAY NIGHT
THROUGH TUESDAY MORNING WITH 20 TO 30 BELOW ZERO TUESDAY EVENING
THROUGH WEDNESDAY MORNING. WIND CHILL ADVISORIES AND WARNINGS MAY
BE NEEDED.
