A COASTAL STORM WILL AFFECT NEW ENGLAND WEDNESDAY AND WEDNESDAY
NIGHT. THERE IS MODERATE TO HIGH CONFIDENCE OF HEAVY SNOW...WHICH
MAY BRIEFLY MIX WITH RAIN OVER SOUTHERN AREAS WEDNESDAY. THIS
PRECIPITATION WOULD COINCIDE WITH ONE OF THE BUSIEST TRAVEL DAYS
OF THE YEAR...AND TRAVEL DELAYS ARE EXPECTED.
