This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of East Arkansas...
the Missouri Bootheel...North Mississippi...and West Tennessee.

.DAY ONE...Tonight

Persistent moderate rainfall will be likely tonight, mainly north
and west of a Clarksdale Mississippi to Memphis to Paris, Tennessee
line. Areal flooding of rural lowlands and river flooding will
continue, as well as as in urban areas.


.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday

Locally heavy rainfall will be possible north of a Clarksdale to
Corinth, Mississippi line Friday and Saturday, and over all the
Midsouth Saturday night.

A few strong storms will be possible Friday and early Saturday,
with locally heavy rainfall, gusty winds and small hail.

There is a Slight Risk of severe thunderstorms Saturday afternoon
through early Sunday morning over all the Midsouth. Damaging
winds, large hail, flash flooding and a few tornadoes will be
possible. With saturated soils, trees may be toppled by strong,
sub-severe winds.

Spotter activation may be requested Saturday afternoon through
early Sunday morning.
