RIDGES WHERE TEMPERATURES ARE BELOW FREEZING.

PRECIPITATION IS EXPECTED TO MOVE IN TUESDAY LATE AFTERNOON AND
EVENING AND MAY START OUT AS A WINTRY MIX OR ALL SNOW. SNOWFALL
ACCUMULATIONS OF ONE TO THREE INCHES ARE POSSIBLE ALONG AND NORTH
OF INTERSTATE 80, ESPECIALLY AT HIGHER ELEVATIONS. THE SNOW IS
FORECAST TO EVENTUALLY CHANGE OVER TO RAIN ACROSS MOST OF THE
REGION LATER TUESDAY NIGHT. HOWEVER, POCKETS OF FREEZING RAIN MAY
DEVELOP ALONG THE HIGHER-ELEVATION RIDGES IN THE SOUTHERN POCONOS
AND FAR NORTHWESTERN NEW JERSEY, WHICH COULD RESULT IN ICY SPOTS.
