THUNDERSTORM...CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS TO AROUND 30 KNOTS. THIS
THUNDERSTORM WAS LOCATED OVER CAPE HENRY WRECK...MOVING NORTHEAST AT
25 KNOTS.

THE STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL BE NEAR...
  ANGLO AFRICAN WRECK AND FISHERMANS ISLAND AROUND 405 PM EDT.
  CAPE CHARLES LIGHT AROUND 415 PM EDT.
