CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS TO AROUND 30 KNOTS. THIS THUNDERSTORM WAS
LOCATED OVER THE MOUTH OF THE MERRIMACK RIVER...MOVING NORTHEAST AT
40 KNOTS.

LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...
PLUM ISLAND.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

EXPECT GUSTY WINDS TO AROUND 30 KNOTS...BRIEFLY ROUGH SEAS AND
