...AREAS OF SEA FOG THROUGH EARLY WEDNESDAY MORNING OVER THE BAYS
   AND NEARSHORE COASTAL WATERS...

THE COMBINATION OF WARM AND MOIST ONSHORE FLOW AND COOL SEA
SURFACE TEMPERATURES HAS RESULTED IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF SEA FOG
OVER PORTIONS OF THE BAYS AND NEARSHORE COASTAL WATERS.
PREDOMINATE VISIBILITIES OF 2 TO 4 NAUTICAL MILES ARE EXPECTED.
HOWEVER...PATCHY DENSE FOG WITH VISIBILITIES AROUND 1 NAUTICAL
MILE OR LESS IS ALSO EXPECTED.

MARINERS SHOULD BE PREPARED FOR RAPID CHANGES IN VISIBILITY.
REDUCE YOUR SPEED AND MONITOR YOUR SURROUNDINGS FOR OTHER
VESSELS...BUOYS AND BREAKWATERS. KEEP YOUR NAVIGATION LIGHTS ON.
INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER CRAFT
OR NOT EQUIPPED WITH RADAR...SHOULD CONSIDER SEEKING SAFE HARBOR.

CONDITIONS WILL IMPROVE DURING THE MID MORNING HOURS WEDNESDAY AS
WIND VELOCITIES BECOME UNFAVORABLE FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF SEA FOG.
