AT 340 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A BAND OF HEAVY SHOWERS AND
ISOLATED THUNDERSTORM...CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS TO AROUND 30
KNOTS. THIS BAND OF SHOWERS EXTENDED FROM ST. AUGUSTINE EAST
NORTHEAST TO 60 NAUTICAL MILES OFFSHORE...MOVING WEST NORTHWEST
AT 25 KNOTS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS TO AROUND 30 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
