HALFMOON SHOAL OUT TO 5 FATHOMS... FLORIDA BAY INCLUDING BARNES
SOUND...BLACKWATER SOUND...AND BUTTONWOOD SOUND... GULF WATERS FROM
EAST CAPE SABLE TO CHOKOLOSKEE 20 TO 60 NM OUT AND BEYOND 5
FATHOMS...

AT 1034 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE METEOROLOGISTS DETECTED A
CLUSTER OF THUNDERSTORMS...CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WIND GUSTS NEAR 30
KNOTS. THESE THUNDERSTORMS WERE LOCATED ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM
NEAR EAST CAPE SABLE TO 6 NM NORTH OF HORSESHOE KEY...MOVING WEST AT
10 KNOTS.

LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...
HOWE KEY...RACCOON KEY...SNIPE POINT...EAST CAPE CANAL...HORSESHOE
KEY...EAST CAPE SABLE AND WATER KEYS.

THROUGH 1130 PM, PREPARE FOR THUNDERSTORMS WITH WIND GUSTS NEAR 30
KNOTS...LOCALLY ROUGH AND CONFUSED SEAS...NEARLY CONTINUOUS
LIGHTNING STRIKES...AND POTENTIALLY BLINDING DOWNPOURS.

INTENSE AND CONTINUOUS LIGHTNING IS OCCURRING WITH THESE STORMS. IF
CAUGHT ON THE OPEN WATER...STAY LOW OR GO BELOW.
