17 NM WEST OF LEADBETTER POINT...OR 19 NM SOUTHWEST OF NORTH
COVE...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 15 KNOTS.

THE SHOWER WILL REMAIN OVER MAINLY OPEN WATERS.
