...THUNDERSTORMS OVER THE ATLANTIC AND CARIBBEAN WATERS...

THE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A CLUSTER OF THUNDERSTORMS OVER THE
COASTAL WATERS OF ST. CROIX. PRODUCING TORRENTIAL
RAINFALL...FREQUENT LIGHTNING AND GUSTY WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS.
ADDITIONAL THUNDERSTORMS ARE DEVELOPING OVER THE OFFSHORE
CARIBBEAN WATERS AND ARE MOVING SLOWLY TO THE NORTHWEST.
ALSO...THUNDERSTORMS WERE OBSERVED OVER THE OFFSHORE ATLANTIC
WATERS TO THE NORTH OF ST. THOMAS. NEW THUNDERSTORMS CAN DEVELOP
ACROSS THESE WATERS FOR THE NEXT SEVERAL HOURS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
WAVES...AND LIGHTNING STRIKES. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK SAFE HARBOR
IMMEDIATELY UNTIL THIS STORM PASSES.
