RESULT OF THE RECENT INTERACTION BETWEEN HIGH AND LOW PRESSURE
SYSTEMS. THESE SWELLS WILL PRODUCE ADVERSE MARINE CONDITIONS FOR
THE GULF OF MEXICO WATERS EAST OF PADRE ISLAND OUT TO AT LEAST 60
NAUTICAL MILES THIS MORNING...WITH IMPROVED SEAS ANTICPATED THIS
