.A COLD FRONT WILL ARRIVE IN THE NORTHERN WATERS MID
MORNING...BRINGING A FEW HOURS OF STRONG NORTH WINDS AND BUILDING
SEAS. THE FRONT WILL MOVE SOUTH THROUGH THE DAY WITH SIMILAR
HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS BEGINNING AT PORT MANSFIELD AND POINTS
FARTHER SOUTH AROUND NOON. HIGH PRESSURE WILL SETTLE OVER THE
REGION QUICKLY...WITH SMALL CRAFT CONDITIONS ENDING ON THE LAGUNA
