.A LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM LOCATED ACROSS THE WESTERN GULF OF MEXICO
WILL MAINTAIN A MODERATE TO STRONG NORTHEAST FLOW ACROSS THE
MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS THIS EVENING. WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO
DECREASE LATE TONIGHT AS THE PRESSURE GRADIENT BEGINS TO RELAX.
