TONIGHT...

.A STRONG UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE WILL APPROACH TEXAS FROM THE
WEST AND NORTHWEST TODAY. IN RESPONSE...STRONG ONSHORE FLOW
CONTINUES OVER OUR WATERS TODAY AND TONIGHT. STRONG COLD FRONT
MOVES THROUGH LATE TONIGHT TURNING WINDS OFFSHORE, AND KEEPING
THEM STRONG. BRIEF PERIOD OF GALE FORCE GUSTS ARE POSSIBLE BEHIND
THE FRONT. THE WIND WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF HIGH
SEAS OVER THE COASTAL WATERS.
