REGION WILL PERSIST THIS AFTERNOON. WINDS AND WAVES WILL BEGIN TO
DIMINISH LATE THIS AFTERNOON AS THE HIGH PRESSURE BUILDS INTO THE

* WAVES...WAVES OF 3 TO 5 FEET EARLY TODAY WILL DIMINISH TO 2 TO
  4 FEET BY THIS EVENING.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OVER 20 KNOTS OR
WAVES GREATER THAN 4 FEET ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS
CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY
THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE
CONDITIONS.
