STRONGER WINDS TO RETURN TO THE ALENUIHAHA CHANNEL AND WATERS
NEAR SOUTH POINT ON THE BIG ISLAND. AS THE RIDGE CONTINUES TO
LIFT TO THE NORTH ON WEDNESDAY...EXPECT THE SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY
TO EXPAND IN COVERAGE.

THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS...SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN
