IN RESPONSE TO A DEVELOPING AREA OF LOW PRESSURE OVER SOUTHEAST TEXAS.
PERIODS OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE THROUGH TONIGHT.
SOME OF THE STORMS COULD BECOME STRONG OR SEVERE. WINDS AND SEAS WILL
BE HIGHER IN AND NEAR THESE STORMS.

FOR SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED BOATERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING
SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
