UNTIL THE CENTER OF THE HIGH MOVES OVER...THE COLD AIR MASS FROM
THE HIGH WILL MOVE OVER THE GULF WATERS ALLOWING FOR STRONG AND
GUSTY NORTH WINDS TO PREVAIL...ALONG WITH ROUGH SEAS.
