...HAZARDOUS WINDS AND SEAS FOR THE COASTAL WATERS...

.A strong arctic cold front has pushed through the coastal waters.
Strong offshore flow is developing in its wake and will result in
hazardous conditions for small craft across the coastal waters
through Wednesday.
