ADVISORY FOR HAZARDOUS SEAS...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 5 PM THIS
AFTERNOON TO 11 AM PDT THURSDAY. A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY FOR WINDS
HAS ALSO BEEN ISSUED. THIS SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY FOR WINDS IS IN
EFFECT FROM 2 PM TO 11 PM PDT WEDNESDAY.

* WINDS: NORTH WINDS WILL INCREASE TO 15 TO 20 KT TODAY THEN RISE
  TO ADVISORY LEVEL WINDS OF 20 TO 25 KT WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON AND
  EVENING.

* SEAS: STEEP 8 TO 9 FEET SEAS ARE EXPECTED OVER SOUTHERN PORTIONS
  OF THE WATERS THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT DUE TO A MIX OF SHORT
  PERIOD WIND WAVES AND NORTHWEST SWELL AT 10 SECONDS. THEN STEEP
  6 TO 9 FT SEAS WILL BUILD ACROSS ALL THE WATERS WEDNESDAY
  AFTERNOON AND EVENING WITH SEAS DOMINATED BY SHORT PERIOD WIND
  WAVES.

* AREAS AFFECTED: STEEP SEAS WILL AFFECT WATERS SOUTH OF BANDON
  TODAY AND TONIGHT. THEN STEEP SEAS WILL WILL AFFECT NEARLY ALL
  THE WATERS WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON AND EVENING. SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY
  LEVEL WINDS WILL AFFECT THE WATERS FROM CAPE ARAGO SOUTH WEDNESDAY

  A MIX OF SHORT PERIOD WIND WAVES AND NORTHWEST SWELL AT 10
  SECONDS. THEN...VERY STEEP 8 TO 12 FT SEAS ARE EXPECTED
  WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON INTO WEDNESDAY EVENING WITH SEAS DOMINATED
  BY SHORT PERIOD WIND WAVES. SEAS WILL GRADUALLY LOWER WEDNESDAY
  NIGHT.

* AREAS AFFECTED: MOST THE AREA WILL BE AFFECTED BY ADVISORY LEVEL
  WINDS AND SEAS LATE THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT...EXCEPT FOR THE
  IMMEDIATE COAST. THEN VERY STEEP HAZARDOUS SEAS WILL BUILD AND
  IMPACT THE WATERS BEYOND 7 NM FROM THE COAST WEDNESDAY
  AFTERNOON AND EVENING WITH SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY SEAS WITHIN 7 NM
