...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 AM EST THIS
MORNING...

* WINDS...Northwest winds around 20 knots early will decrease to
  10 to 15 knots by mid day.

* WAVES/SEAS...Seas to 7 to 8 feet early this morning will
  decrease to around 5 to 6 feet by late afternoon.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Small Craft Advisory means that wind speeds of 20 to 33 knots
are expected to produce hazardous wave conditions to small craft.
Inexperienced mariners...especially those operating smaller
vessels should avoid navigating in these conditions.
