OPEN GULF WATERS THROUGH TONIGHT AS HIGH PRESSURE BUILDS IN FROM
THE NORTH. THE WINDS WILL DECREASE AND THE SEAS SUBSIDE ON
FRIDAY.

PRODUCE HAZARDOUS WAVE CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED
MARINERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD
AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
