  THROUGH EARLY MORNING. WIND BRIEFLY EASING TO 10 TO 15 KNOTS
  WITH GUSTS TO 20 KNOTS BY SUNRISE...BUT INCREASING AGAIN TO 15
  TO 20 KNOTS WITH GUSTS TO 25 KNOTS BY LATE MORNING AND
  CONTINUING THROUGH LATE SATURDAY EVENING.

* SEAS...STEEP AND HAZARDOUS...NEAR 7 FT WITH A DOMINANT PERIOD OF
  6 TO 7 SECONDS THROUGH EARLY MORNING...THEN 4 TO 5 FEET.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY FOR WIND MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 21 TO
33 KNOTS ARE EXPECTED. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE
OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE
CONDITIONS.

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY FOR HAZARDOUS SEAS MEANS THAT WAVES ARE
EXPECTED TO BE HAZARDOUS TO SMALL CRAFT. SEAS WILL BE ESPECIALLY
