.A LOW PRESSURE TROUGH MOVING INLAND ACROSS CALIFORNIA WILL BRING
STRONG WINDS AND ROUGH SEAS THIS AFTERNOON THROUGH EARLY
TUESDAY EVENING. 25 KT GUSTS ARE LIKELY IN THE OUTER WATERS
TONIGHT AND THEN 25 TO 30 KT GUSTS WILL SPREAD INTO THE INNER
WATERS AS WELL ON MONDAY. THESE WINDS...IN ADDITION TO STEEP SEAS
NEAR OR ABOVE 10 FEET...WILL RESULT IN CONDITIONS HAZARDOUS TO
SMALL CRAFT. LOCALLY STRONG AND GUSTY NORTHWEST WINDS LIKELY TO
CONTINUE DURING THE DAY TUESDAY BEFORE CONDITIONS IMPROVE TUESDAY
