YORK...TAMAQUA LINE...SOME SNOW AND RAIN MAY GET AS FAR WEST AND
NORTH AS A WILLIAMSPORT...BEDFORD LINE. WHILE LITTLE IF ANY
ACCUMULATION IS EXPECTED...THE SNOW COULD COME DOWN HARD FOR A BRIEF
TIME IN A FEW SPOTS. PERSONS TRAVELING THIS MORNING SHOULD BE ALERT
FOR WIDE RANGE OF CONDITIONS. THE PATCHES OF SNOW AND RAIN ARE MOVING
NORTHEAST AT 40 MPH.
