AND WIND GUSTS TO 40 MPH CAN BE EXPECTED WITH THE THUNDERSTORMS.
RAINFALL TOTALS WILL AVERAGE A FEW HUNDREDTHS TO NEAR ONE TENTH OF
AN INCH. HIGHER TOTALS NEAR ONE QUARTER OF AN INCH ARE POSSIBLE
WITH THE THUNDERSTORMS.
