THE FOUR STATE REGION THIS AFTERNOON. BY FAR...THE MOST
CONCENTRATED AREA OF STORMS WAS ACROSS SOUTH CENTRAL ARKANSAS INTO
PORTIONS OF NORTHEAST AND CENTRAL LOUISIANA. THE STRONGEST
ACTIVITY WAS ONGOING ALONG AND EAST OF A LINE FROM EL DORADO
ARKANSAS TO NEAR RUSTON...NATCHITOCHES AND FORT POLK LOUISIANA.
MOVEMENT OF THIS ACTIVITY WAS GENERALLY TO THE EAST NEAR 20 MPH.
EXPECT STRONG GUSTY WINDS...SMALL HAIL AND FREQUENT CLOUD TO
GROUND LIGHTNING WITH THE STRONGER STORMS THIS AFTERNOON. BRIEF
HEAVY DOWNPOURS WILL ALSO BE POSSIBLE.
