* LOCATION...Along the Richardson Highway from Delta Junction
  south.

* WINDS...South 20 to 35 mph gusting around 50 mph.

* TIMING...Winds will increase this morning with the strongest
  winds expected this afternoon and evening. Winds will gradually
  decrease overnight.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Wind Advisory means that strong winds are occurring or
expected. Travel may be difficult. Secure loose objects which may
be blown about by the wind.
