OVERNIGHT AND EARLY THIS MORNING. VERY STRONG WINDS WILL DEVELOP
DURING THE DAY TODAY ACROSS THE COASTAL COUNTIES. WINDS WILL
BEGIN TO SUBSIDE LATE IN THE AFTERNOON.

  45 MPH ARE EXPECTED.

* IMPACTS...LOOSE ITEMS WILL LIKELY BE BLOWN AROUND IN YARDS...
  PARKING LOTS...AND ON STREETS. SECURE ITEMS BEFORE THE ONSET
  OF STRONG WINDS IF POSSIBLE. DRIVING CAN BECOME DIFFICULT...
