THE CENTRAL AND SOUTHERN SAN JOAQUIN VALLEY.

* TIMING...DENSE FOG WILL CONTINUE TO DEVELOP THROUGH THE NIGHT.
  THE FOG WILL BE DENSEST AROUND SUNRISE AND BEGIN TO LIFT BY
  MID MORNING.

* VISIBILITY...WIDESPREAD LESS THAN A QUARTER MILE BY SUNRISE.
  LOCALLY 200 FEET OR LESS.

* IMPACTS...HAZARDOUS DRIVING CONDITIONS. SLOW DOWN...PUT
  HEADLIGHTS ON LOW BEAM...AND LEAVE EXTRA STOPPING DISTANCE
  BETWEEN YOU AND THE VEHICLE AHEAD OF YOU. BE ALERT FOR RAPID
  CHANGES IN VISIBILITY WHEN ENCOUNTERING FOG. CONSIDER
