  WINDS. LOOSE OBJECTS WILL ALSO BE BLOWN AROUND.

* TIMING...FROM 5 AM TO 4 PM MST MONDAY.

* WINDS...EAST 25 TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS TO NEAR 50 MPH FOR THE
  VALLEYS OR LOWER ELEVATIONS. EXPECT SUSTAINED EAST WINDS OF 30
  TO 40 MPH WITH GUSTS IN EXCESS OF 50 MPH ACROSS THE
  BABOQUIVARI MOUNTAINS.
