MOBILE BAY TO THE NE COAST OF MEXICO NEAR 23N98W LATE
TODAY...THEN WILL SHIFT N OF AREA TONIGHT. STRONG SOUTHERLY
WINDS WILL FOLLOW FRI AND SAT OVER THE CENTRAL AND WESTERN GULF
BETWEEN HIGH PRES IN THE ATLC AND DEVELOPING LOW PRES MOVING
FROM W TEXAS TO THE CENTRAL PLAINS. STRONG NORTHERLY WINDS WILL
FOLLOW A TRAILING COLD FRONT WILL MOVE OFF THE TEXAS COAST EARLY
SUN. WINDS AND SEAS DIMINISH THROUGH MON AS THE FRONT STALLS AND
DISSIPATES FROM CENTRAL FLORIDA TO NW YUCATAN LATE MON.
