OFFSHORE WATERS THURSDAY NIGHT...THEN STALL AND WEAKEN OVER THE
CENTRAL WATERS THIS WEEKEND. A NEW HIGH WILL DEVELOP NW OF THE AREA
BEHIND THE FRONT.
