URGENT - FIRE WEATHER MESSAGE
National Weather Service Midland/Odessa TX
406 AM CST Fri Jan 19 2018

...FIRE WEATHER WATCH IN EFFECT SUNDAY AFTERNOON FOR THE PERMIAN
BASIN AND TRANS PECOS FOR 20 FOOT WINDS 20 MPH OR GREATER...MINIMUM
RH VALUES NEAR 15 PERCENT AND HIGH TO VERY HIGH FIRE DANGER...

.A potent upper level storm system will move across the Desert
Southwest bringing windy conditions to much of the region Sunday.
Rh`s will fall to near critical levels by afternoon over the
Permian Basin and Trans Pecos. These factors combined with high to
very high fire danger and very dry fuels will lead to critical
fire weather conditions during the afternoon. Cooler conditions
and diminishing winds will lessen fire danger by Sunday evening.
