...All River Forecast Points are Below Flood Stage...

Rainfall across much of the region will occur associated with a series
of low pressure systems lasting into early next week. 72-hour rainfall
beginning Friday will be heaviest and may exceed 3 inches in the Upstate,
Savannah, Broad, Saluda, Congaree and Edisto Basins. River levels are
expected to rise depending on rainfall location and amounts. At this time,
all river forecast points are expected to remain below flood stage with
adequate reservoir capacity. However, isolated urban and small stream
flooding may occur over the weekend in some areas.
