DAILY RIVER AND LAKE SUMMARY
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE COLUMBIA SC
1200 PM EDT WED APR 16 2014

...ALL RIVER FORECAST POINTS WERE BELOW FLOOD STAGE THIS MORNING...

RAINFALL FROM THE WEATHER EVENT OF THE PAST TWO DAYS TOTALED FROM
AROUND ONE-QUARTER TO ONE INCH IN MOST LOCATIONS ACROSS AREA RIVER
BASINS...WITH HIGHER AMOUNTS OVER PORTIONS OF THE UPSTATE.

FLOODING ISSUES ARE NOT EXPECTED THROUGH FRIDAY...AS HIGH PRESSURE
CENTERED TO THE NORTH CONTINUES PUSHING COOL DOWN AIR INTO THE AREA.
RIVER STAGE TRENDS WILL BE DETERMINED IN PART BY POWER-GENERATING
ACTIVITY AND CORRESPONDING WATER RELEASES FROM UPSTREAM RESERVOIRS.
MINOR RISES ARE EXPECTED OVERALL.
