Daily River And Lake Summary
National Weather Service Columbia Sc
1156 AM EDT Mon May 22 2017

...All River Forecast Points are below flood stage...

Scattered showers and thunderstorms yesterday afternoon and
evening produced rainfall amounts that were generally less than
three-quarters of an inch. Increasingly moist air will continue
to spread north over the region through Wednesday, as a cold front
becomes nearly stationary and waves of low pressure move northeast
along the front.

Two or more additional inches of rainfall are possible across the
upstate and area river basins. Minor to moderate stage rises are
expected on area rivers through Thursday, with a potential for some
small stream and urban flooding which will be monitored as the event
evolves.
