...Rising levels on the Upper Sacramento River due to upcoming storms...

.Additional storms starting Wednesday through the weekend will
cause renewed rises and increases in Weir overflow on the Upper
Sacramento River System.

Forecasts are based on present and forecasted meteorological and
hydrologic conditions at time of issuance.

Unlisted forecast points are expected to remain below monitor stage.
All those affected by river conditions should remain alert for rapid
changes and for possible forecast revisions.

 forecast to fluctuate near 15.5 ft thru late tomorrow morning then
forecast to rise to near  16.0 ft tomorrow afternoon with continued
rise expected.

starts to flow eastward into sand slough on the left bank upstream of
the gage.

Impact for Colusa Weir...Near 61.8 feet, Colusa Weir crest elevation.
Overflow begins into the Sutter Bypass.

Impact for Colusa Bridge...Near 65.0 feet, Water moves into the
parking lot of Lovees Landing. Lovees Landing is a trailer park on
the river inside the levee.

 present overflow depth is about 3.1 ft then overflow depth at weir
decreasing to 2.9 ft tomorrow morning then overflow to remain near
depth of 2.9 ft thru thursday afternoon.
 Monitor stage 45.5 ft, Flood stage 53.0 ft
Impact for Tisdale Weir...Near 45.5 feet, Tisdale Weir crest
elevation. Overflow begins into the Tisdale Bypass. This water
eventually ends up in the Sutter Bypass.
