EARLY THIS MORNING IS FORECAST TO LIFT NORTHEASTWARD INTO MANITOBA
BY DAYBREAK. SHOWERS ARE LIKELY NEAR AND NORTH OF THE LOW...BECOMING
MORE SCATTERED OR ISOLATED IN NATURE OVER SOUTHERN PORTIONS OF THE
NORTHERN PLAINS.

LOOK FOR LOW TEMPERATURES THIS MORNING IN THE 40S AND 50S ACROSS THE
REGION.

BREEZY ON WEDNESDAY WITH HIGHS RANGING FROM THE 50S OVER WESTERN
PORTIONS OF THE REGION...TO THE LOWER 70S IN THE EASTERN DAKOTAS AND
INTO SOUTHERN MINNESOTA.
