* AT 619 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A STRONG THUNDERSTORM...
  CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS 34 KNOTS OR GREATER AND SMALL HAIL...
  LOCATED 46 NM SOUTHEAST OF TIMBALIER ISLAND. THE STRONG
  THUNDERSTORM WAS NEARLY STATIONARY.
