COUNTIES...

AT 712 PM EDT...HEAVY RAINFALL WAS NEAR FAIRFIELD...MOVING NORTHEAST
AT 30 MPH. THIS CLUSTER OF SHOWERS WITH EMBEDDED THUNDERSTORMS HAVE
ALREADY PRODUCED A QUICK HALF TO ONE INCH OF RAINFALL ACROSS CENTRAL
FRANKLIN COUNTY.

THESE HEAVY RAINFALL RATES AND ASSOCIATED EXCESSIVE RUNOFF WILL
CAUSE ELEVATED LEVELS ON SMALL CREEKS AND STREAMS...AND PONDING OF
WATER ON COUNTRY ROADS AND FARMLAND ALONG THE BANKS OF CREEKS AND
STREAMS.
